Ribbing at the top of sock is much tighter |
This is the second time I have ordered the diabetic socks and sorry to say I am very disappointed. The main part of the sock is great but the ribbing at the top of the sock is quite tight and not as wide which has caused my legs to swell. I ended up cutting a small slit in the ribbing to relieve the pressure. I don't think I will order again.

Terrible Quality |
Once again I have been fooled by your advertising. The quality of your white crew diabetic socks are inferior and almost useless. I recentlky purchased a dozen pairs of white socks and a dozen colored. The first two days I used the white socks they were acceptable. On the third day the pair that I wore, ripped before the day ended. It just seems that the quality is so inferior than expected that I want to return them for a refund. If you have a better quality white sock I would appreciate knowing. The colored seem fine. Thank you.

A Little Disappointed |
The only negative comment after a few wearings is that they seem to be tight at the top of the sock causing a ridge on the skin.

I purchased a dozen pair of these socks and have been very pleased. The top part of the sock is thinner and does not bind or cut off circulation AT ALL! Yet the foot part of the socks are thick enough to keep your feet from rubbing on your shoes. I will purchase more socks from Socks4life!

of most diabetic socks i have purchased this has been a purchase of a higher quality sock . I also suffer from lymphedema and find that the elastic at the top of my socks may be too tight for my left leg. The size purchased was for sock size 10/13 . Is there a solution?

Too much cotton |
Because a diabetic's feet may perspire, to some degree, wouldn't it make more sense to make a sock that is comprised of 80% soft-spun synthetic fibers and 20% cotton rather than the type you are selling? Such a large amount of cotton will absorb and contain moisture, thus becoming damp. This can set the stage for a blister caused by friction between the shoe, sock, and skin especially around the toes. For a diabetic with sensitive feet that is one of the primary reasons they wear diabetic socks. Plus a sock made mostly of synthetic would be more durable and have less tendency toward condensing when washed. To me making a diabetic sock with much less natural materials, or none at all, would satisfy not only the needs of a diabetic's worse condition, but for anyone regardless of their reasons for wearing them. In effect you would be killing two birds with one stone, so to speak.

Nice socks, It's nice & comfortable & they stay up. We like the cotton it's not to thick and not to thin. The extra padding on the bottom does ad to the room inside your shoe but sure make it more comfortable wearing them as slippers around the house. We'll be back and service was fast, too.

They wash and dry perfectly without shrinking which is for sure a definite plus for both of us. I brought these sock for my 85 year old grandmother for christmas and she rave about how great they feel and how she love them I brought her the men because of her foot is large from her problem and they fit her just right, the shipping was very fast that a plus, you got an 5 star from me and granny.

Best Diab Socks |

I feel that the sox that i bought are not as advertised. They do not stay up and they are rough on my feet. they chaff my toes as I walk.

Father's Daughter |
Just received a phone call from my 84 year old dad about the socks I sent to him for his birthday. He is extremely pleased, first of all because these socks are made in the USA. My father is in great health, but has occasional puffiness around his ankles. I noticed that he had used scissors cut the ankles of his socks so they wouldn't be too tight. These socks work so much better for him and also are cushy without being too bulky in his shoes. Thank you Socks for Life!

These socks are great, my other socks before these would leave lines, or marks above my ankles, probably not good for circulation, but these socks are great, At first I ordered 3 to see how they were, then ordered many more after seeing how good they fit and feel. I would recomend these socks to anyone who has the same issue.

Diabetic Socks |
I ordered this type of sock about a year ago and was pleased with the socks. I ordered the same socks again and when I received them and put them on, the socks are not the same size as what I ordered before. I ordered the same size, but these socks are just a little bit smaller. I hope that the socks will stretch after I wear them for awhile. This is why I'm a littlle wary about ordering items on the internet.

The diabetic crew socks are comfortable as advertised. The tops could be a little looser(ihave large calves) but they will probably stretch out. Anyways, they are better than all the others I have tried and I woild recommend them to anyone.

Not as bulky as others I have bought elsewhere. I did'nt think they would be as comfortable as others but they are more comfortable for me. I think it is due to less bulk not crowding my foot in the shoe. Don't get me wrong, these socks are padded where they need to be for all day comfort and reinforced in the right areas for a supporting snug fit that does not bind on my foot.
