A very good work sock |
At such a good price, these socks are the only ones I have bought in a couple years. They hold up really well and they don't trap moisture either. A very good work sock, which I need because I work in a factory all day and am on my feet the whole time. The elastic in the top holds up really well too and they are extremely comfortable!

Super Comfortable! |
These socks are Super Comfortable! I have very large calves and it is tough to find socks of any kind that fit around my calves but aren't way to big in the toe to heel part. I can wear these pulled up on cold days or as the slouch socks they were intended to be on mild days. They are thick enough to keep my feet dry but not so thick that they are uncomfortable with shoes on. This is important, because as a dump truck driver my feet typically swell in the evenings and I don't want socks that "bind". These are also real comfortable for going in "sock-feet" around the house; I don't need house shoes to keep my feet warm; and they're cozy to sleep in on cold nights. Thank Y'all for offering such a great product, I'm sharing some of the 2 dozen pair I bought with my grown kids, and I will be re-ordering in the future.

The socks are of great quality and I would love them but I thought they were calf length not knee high. They are way too long for me. I will exchange for the calf length and be very satisfied with them. Thank you for the great product!!!

Happy with the socks for the most part. One pair however, the first day I wore them, ended up with a hole in the toe. I think they should have held up much better than that.

AWESOME |
The socks I recieved were better than I had expected. I have looked everywhere for this certain kind and couldn't locate them at any retail store. I am truly satisfied and then some. I work in a nursing home and these are great socks for our elderly who have problems with swelling. Most of our little folks can't wear the tight fitting tops. These are great. AGAIN THANK YOU

I ordered and received these socks and they are excellent in quality and appearance. They scrunch down for a fashionalbe look or pull up over the calf for winter warmth. And the delivery was incredibly quick. There is just nothing slouchy about the socks except the wanted look and the name. I can't say enough good things about these.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE |
Very disappointed in these socks. Advertised as Extra Heavy...not so! Foot of sock is THIN and not at all cushioned; compared to the upper part of the sock which IS Extra Long as advertised, the upper part of the socks are ridiculously thick. When washed I had a MESS of elastic at the tops of the socks coming unraveled and getting tangled up with more elastic from other socks from the same group of socks. These socks are probably not going to last long as the elastic is coming undone from the tops of these socks after washing just ONE TIME! Wish I had my money back!!!! Guess I can use them for some sort of very expensive dust rags!!!!

I like the socks except I wouldn\'t consider these extra heavy. I\'ve paid less for other brands in the store that are heavier. These socks are nice and long though. I can\'t find them this long elsewhere.

They're just OK |
Bought these with high hopes!
The length is GREAT! but they are not "extra heavy" - I can see my toes through the socks! I've never had any this long, so I'll keep them anyway, but will never buy them again. They also run a little small in the foot.

Slouch Socks |
I wasn't sure what to expect, because sometimes merchandise is not the quality that you would wish. I have been wearing these for a bit over a week now, and find that they are just wonderful. I am able to wear a couple pairs at a time, without them becoming "bulky" in my shoes, and yet I have the extra warmth from the generous tops to bunch around my ankles and still have enough length to keep a good portion of my lower leg warm. I am really glad I found these! Great deal, great buy!

Disappointed! |
Socks are very comfortable and long enough, but foot is so thin you can see your toes through it. Quality is what I would expect from Walmart, apparently American craftmanship isn't what it used to be, elastic at top is full of loose threads that pull way too easily for long life! Back to Sears for me!

Turns my negative into a positive! |
I'm always self-conscious about my skinny ankles. I get positive feedback when I wear socks like this. Everyone compliments my big pretty legs which is a good thing. I'm happy for the remarks and I'll wear the socks for the effect. I'm concerned about the first wash test. I hope the outcome is good.

Now I recommend these..... |
Way back I bought several pairs of these socks, and one by one they ended up in the garbage because all the tops unraveled and my laundry was knotted up with elastic. I was told these were the same socks as they were selling before, but I took my chances and bought again because there were few complaints about unravelling. I guess I originally got a bad batch because these socks are well made and I am pleased with them. They are much longer than the first ones, up to the middle of my knee, but make a great slouch. I would buy again....

thicker would be nice |
the slouch part of the sock is great. but the thickness on the lower part of the sock from heel to toe, seems to be thin when i compare them to my other slouch socks. that is my only concern.

Extra Long Extra Heavy Slouch Socks |
I love these socks and was upset when I thought they didn't have them anymore. Only thing I don't like is the soles of them have a tendency to wear thin fast. Then again I'm REALLY hard on them. I love that their long and I can pull them high and they keep my legs warm when I'm walking my Corgi. I buy the 12 pack in black and white because I'm always worried they won't have them. Love them!

They solved the problem of being too tight over your calve but, the foot portion is very narrow and tight and the seam for the toe is uneven and slips under your toes making them uncomfortable.

Love my Socks! |
I love my new socks. They are the right height and texture for around the leg of diabetics, which I am. I owuld like to see a little more cushion in the bottom of the foot part. Otherwise I am excited to wear them. Oh ya, the price could be a bit cheaper for those of us on fixed incomes. Thanks.

I've been looking for new socks, and these are the exact brand i tried to re-order on eBay (discontinued?). Charlotte Fashion Hose (made in Pakistan) are INCREDIBLE!! Super soft, long, and comfy.
