If Socks4Life receives opened and/or worn returned merchandise, the product(s) will be discarded and no refund will be given. Orders returned in full within the 30 day time frame qualify for a refund of the purchase price and shipping one way or an exchange. You must contact us using the contact form or call 1-800-325-4646 to make arrangements for any returns and/exchanges.
Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without first contacting us or you will void any and all return rights. We will guide you through the return process either on the phone or via email.
