Very disappointed in these socks. Advertised as Extra Heavy...not so! Foot of sock is THIN and not at all cushioned; compared to the upper part of the sock which IS Extra Long as advertised, the upper part of the socks are ridiculously thick. When washed I had a MESS of elastic at the tops of the socks coming unraveled and getting tangled up with more elastic from other socks from the same group of socks. These socks are probably not going to last long as the elastic is coming undone from the tops of these socks after washing just ONE TIME! Wish I had my money back!!!! Guess I can use them for some sort of very expensive dust rags!!!! (Posted on 3/31/13)

These socks are Super Comfortable! I have very large calves and it is tough to find socks of any kind that fit around my calves but aren't way to big in the toe to heel part. I can wear these pulled up on cold days or as the slouch socks they were intended to be on mild days. They are thick enough to keep my feet dry but not so thick that they are uncomfortable with shoes on. This is important, because as a dump truck driver my feet typically swell in the evenings and I don't want socks that "bind". These are also real comfortable for going in "sock-feet" around the house; I don't need house shoes to keep my feet warm; and they're cozy to sleep in on cold nights. Thank Y'all for offering such a great product, I'm sharing some of the 2 dozen pair I bought with my grown kids, and I will be re-ordering in the future. (Posted on 1/26/13)
