Way back I bought several pairs of these socks, and one by one they ended up in the garbage because all the tops unraveled and my laundry was knotted up with elastic. I was told these were the same socks as they were selling before, but I took my chances and bought again because there were few complaints about unravelling. I guess I originally got a bad batch because these socks are well made and I am pleased with them. They are much longer than the first ones, up to the middle of my knee, but make a great slouch. I would buy again....
