I first bought these socks at a pharmacy 4 years ago. I get gout, and these were the only socks that I could get on my feet. Then I started wearing them on and off between flare ups when my joints felt tired. They just feel great and they work for me. When they started to were out, I cut a whole in them for my thumb and at times slide one over my left hand, wrist and fore arm when my arthritis acts up. I was down to one pair and could not find them anywhere and the pharmacy did not sell them anymore. I looked for a year and a half and finally found them online. If you suffer from what I do, you know what I am talking about.
