Have been trying to find a good replacement sock for a diabetic sock my local medical store can no longer order. This sock is not quite the same, but very similar. It fits the foot well without excess compression. I have larger calves and this sock can be a bit overly snug and leave a compression ring at the end of a long day. One way I've avoided this is to fold down the top 2 or 3 inches of the sock. Then works great. Over all, a comfortable sock on the foot.
