shipment delivery and customer handling was outstanding -- product was less than what I expected - when compared to socks i currently have they are on the small size (size 12) when compared to size 13-16 that i bought at another store these socks where 1 1/2 to 2 inches shorter in the overall length - outside of that the socks are good --
